Our Property Care service is designed to keep your property clean, fresh and ready throughout the year. Depending on your needs, it can include regular cleaning, holiday home cleaning, changeovers and detailed deep cleaning.

We specialise in professional deep cleaning of sofas, mattresses, carpets, rugs, chairs and upholstered furniture. We also offer vehicle upholstery cleaning and are expanding into yacht and marine upholstery cleaning. 

Not all materials can be treated in the same way. We inspect the material and its condition before choosing the appropriate cleaning method. 

We recommend removing personal belongings and small items from the area being cleaned. We'll take care of the rest. 

We can arrange regular cleaning on a schedule that works for your property — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or according to your specific needs.

Yes. Our Holiday Home Cleaning and Changeover services are designed specifically for properties between guest stays.

We thoroughly clean and reset the property so it is fresh, presentable and ready for the next arrival.

One stay ends. We make sure the next one starts fresh.

A changeover is more than a quick clean. We reset the property between stays, paying attention to the areas guests notice most — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and surfaces throughout the property.

Additional services, such as linen changes or specific preparation tasks, can also be arranged depending on your requirements.

Yes. We understand that timing is essential for holiday rental properties.

We can arrange cleaning around your guest schedule and agreed check-in/check-out times, helping ensure the property is ready when your next guests arrive.

For regular clients, we can also establish a consistent cleaning schedule.

Cleaning time depends on the size, material and condition of the item. We'll give you an estimated time when discussing your booking. 

We primarily use Kärcher Professional equipment, designed for professional cleaning applications. We select the right equipment and method for each surface and material. 

We always aim for the best possible result, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. Results depend on the type of stain, how long it has been present, the material and any previous cleaning attempts. 

We use 200× magnification to take a closer visual look at the surface and fibres before and after cleaning. It is a closer look before and after cleaning 

No. The 200× Check is a visual inspection, not a laboratory test. It does not identify bacteria, allergens or dust mites.
